Challenge:
This Chamber of Commerce had been operating with the same computer systems for over eight years. Their applications were slow and their service provider only attended to the system after problems surfaced and on a reactionary basis. Outsourced email was also a big problem with persistent issues ranging from corrupted email accounts to delayed email and downtime.

ESEI delivered its ITPM Platinum service package to the two servers and 17 computers within the organization

ESEI began managing the client’s network, communications and internet services, and administering their financial and member applications

ESEI configured and installed new servers and computers under its innovative Hardware as a Service model

ESEI implemented Microsoft SB Server with Exchange and SharePoint Services

The newer systems boosted productivity by allowing the end-users to utilize applications without experiencing the bottle-necks that existed with their outdated systems

Computers and applications are more reliable eliminating the need for constant reboots and system restarts which impacted employee productivity

Bringing the email server (Exchange) in-house allowed for a reliable messaging platform, while standardizing every user with Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007 improved efficiency and employee collaboration

The newer operating systems and hardware allowed for some applications to be upgraded to take advantage of features that maximize capabilities, for example Quick Books 2010
