ESEI offers IT Performance Management Plus an enhancement to our regular ITPM service. These services stack the network, computer, and server hardware on top of our Managed Services (ITPM). That is, for a fixed monthly fee, clients will have the convenience of having fully managed and protected equipment. In addition, clients will receive technology upgrades periodically, every three to four years depending on Service Level Agreement. |

 Beyond the equipment, under our IT Performance Management Plus services we can provide Hosted VoIP and Hosted Exchange/E-mail services so that you have a true single point of contact for all your technology needs.
