We receive instant notifications when critical issues arise, a user alters their configuration, disk space reaches a certain level, or a possible network security threat occurs.
We work with our clients to develop, implement, and enforce policies throughout their entire networking and computing infrastructure. Additionally, we define and enforce policies for file access, network access and application blocking. Finally, we have the ability to monitor Windows Event Logs for specific conditions and codes and customize the alerts and appropriate responses based on each event.
Patch ManagementWe automatically perform reliable Patch Management to keep servers, workstations and remote computers up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates. Our Patch Management Service provides automatic discovery of all missing patches and updates. We schedule the entire patch scan and patch update process so as not to conflict with the daily activities of our clients and without human intervention.
As part of the information we keep for our clients, and part of our best practices, we store a copy of the scan results as a history log for each machine which includes missing patches and patches that have been successfully applied. An important element of our service is that our engineers review every patch before deploying it to client equipment making sure it will not have a negative impact on the servers, desktops, or laptops.
Asset and License ManagementWe help our clients comply with current software license agreements. We provide our clients with a list of the software installed in each server and computer and confirm that a valid license exists for each package. When discrepancies are indentified, we work with our clients to resolve the situation by locating the license information, purchasing the required licenses, or removing software for which no license is available.
Computer Inventory and AuditWe provide our clients with up to date inventory and auditing of their entire computing infrastructure, i.e. servers, desktops, laptops, and workstations. As part of our service, we provide a complete, comprehensive and real-time software and hardware inventory to ensure that no unnecessary applications are being run that degrade the performance of the systems and of the network in general. We identify and report any change on our client's systems in accordance with established Service Level Agreements. We store the audit results from each computer so that our engineers can view them when necessary to determine if any “un-approved” system or software package has been installed.
Integrated ReportingOn a monthly basis our clients receive via e-mail an accurate, informative, and easy to follow report advising our clients of the health of their network, the status of the patching effort, anti-virus activity, devices being monitored, lists of software licenses, storage capacity, etc. This report allows our clients to see how their IT infrastructure is performing and allow our engineers identify areas that may be of concern in the future. We discuss such areas with our clients and help them identify required upgrades early on and in time to properly budget for them.
Data Back-Up MonitoringWhen our clients have an existing data back-up system, we support them by remotely monitoring, managing, and testing the back-up process. We have the flexibility to schedule back-up operations as well as execute recovery processes when necessary.
Anti-Virus ManagementSimilarly, we help clients that have their own enterprise level anti-virus systems ensure that their systems are loaded with the latest anti-virus definitions, analyze threats and responses, and renew their subscription when the time comes to avoid times when their networks are unprotected.
Help Desk and Remote SupportOur Help Desk is an integrated and comprehensive service desk application which allows us to quickly respond to client's issues. Users and ESEI engineers can interact in real time to report, diagnose and resolve issues without ESEI ever having to physically visit the desktop.
When our client reports a problem a trouble thicket is automatically generated and assigned to one of our engineers who in turn will contact the client to acknowledge the trouble and to diagnose the cause. Response times will depend on the terms of the specific service plan the client subscribes too.
On Site SupportDepending on the Service Plan the client chooses, engineers will be dispatched to client's site to resolve any problem for which a remote solution was not found. Our engineers will work with our client in resolving the problem and will document the applied solution.

Data Back-up & Data RecoveryWe provide Backup and Disaster Recovery services on a real-time automated and secure basis for disk backup, disk imaging, file level backup and bare-metal restore for Windows servers and workstations. Our system will create an image of the entire system state, including operating system, user settings, applications and data for each server, desktop, and laptop to a specified location, inside or outside the network depending on the backup strategy selected. Because our service does not require downtime, applications and servers will always be available.
Just as we can back-up the data remotely, we can recover it the same way. We will recover a few files, or restore a complete system from a crash, or recover systems from bare-metal in the event of a disaster and according to the requirements dictated by the particular situation. We are able to “restore your data” on a new computer in case a user computer is stolen or lost regardless of the physical location of the device. All that we require is for the new device to be connected to the Internet for us to load the data on the new system.
