ESEI is proud to announce its newest service, IT Performance Management. IT Performance Management is a proactive approach to the management of network infrastructure and computer equipment. Mark Olivas, ESEI’s Director of Technology said, “We can remotely monitor network devices, servers, desktops, laptops, and printers 24 hours a day. We can manage the installation of software patches to all the machines without sending a person to do so and without affecting the performance of the network. We can also perform license management and inventory tracking to ensure all software is properly licensed and all hardware is in place just like when the client first bought the machine.”
With its new service, ESEI can monitor over 255 parameters and provide alerts when critical situations arise and before they become a major event. As part of the service, ESEI provides periodic reports to give clients a “snap-shot” of the health of the network and to detect trends that may cause problems if not attended.
ESEI can also support clients with more advanced services such as anti-virus anti-spyware protection along with data back-up & restoration service.
“With our IT Performance Management services we have the ability to reduce the time our technicians spend troubleshooting network and computer devices,” said J. Antonio Rico, President of ESEI. Who also added, “Our IT Performance Management services will help our clients’ bottom line in three ways:
1. Increase productivity, because properly maintained equipment is faster and more reliable 2. Focus on their core competencies since production personnel will not have to
spend time “fixing” network or computer problems 3. Better control of IT budget since the cost of our services is fixed”
